About the platform
bookhouse.cleaning is a booking platform operated by Book House Cleaning. It allows customers of participating local providers to view and manage their cleaning appointments.
Your agreement is with your provider
The platform facilitates bookings. The service agreement for any cleaning appointment is between you and the local provider you booked with. Pricing, service scope and service-related questions are handled by your provider.
Your account
An account is created automatically with your first booking. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for keeping your contact information up to date.
Changes and cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel appointments through your account. Your provider's cancellation policy applies to any changes.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for managing genuine bookings and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Liability
We work hard to keep the platform available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Book House Cleaning is not liable for the performance of services booked through the platform.
